Perforated base pipe, stainless steel filtering jacket with punched slot, and backup ring make up the Precise Punched Slot Screen. API casing or API tubing with several drilled holes serves as the foundation pipe. The filtering jacket with the punched slot is constructed of high-quality stainless steel, and the spatial slot in the high-density array is produced through digital control accurate punching.

Finally, the backup ring is used for welding the filter jacket with punched slot onto the perforated base pipe. Formation sand cannot quickly enter the filter jacket, but formation fluid can easily flow through the area between punched slots into the screen. As a result, sand control has been achieved. An extra exterior protective shroud can be put outside the filtration jacket if needed to increase the filtration jacket’s protection.

BENEFITS:

With fine control over the slot:

The slot width can range from 0.30 to 1.00mm, with a 0.05mm width precision. As a result, it can match formation sand of various particle sizes and precisely meet the sand management requirements under the well.

With excellent anti-corrosion properties:

The stainless steel filter jacket’s acid, alkali, and salt resistance with the punched slot are excellent. It is highly adaptable to H2S and CO2, and it prevents the distance between slots from expanding due to corrosion over time.

Integral strength is perfect, and anti-deformation is strong:

The base pipe supports the interior component of the filtration jacket, and the outer protective shroud can be mounted outside the filtration jacket if necessary. Base pipe with drilled holes has a lower integral strength than conventional casing or tubing by just 23%. As a result, it has sufficient critical power to sustain compression deformation from strata. Even if there is local distortion, the distance between the compressed parts will not widen.

Pulp Slots Screens:

A pulp Slot Screen is a screening item used in paper pulping machinery.

It can be used for fine screening of discarded paper pulp and a screening of pulp before the papermaking process.

Principle of operation:

The pulp enters the space between the cylinder and the screen basket on the pressure drum.

The qualifying fibers in the pulp flow into the drum screen through the screen gap because of the pressure differential between the two sides of the pressure screen basket.

  • The water should then be drained from the bottom water outlet.
  • The larger the slot screen area, the larger the gap size.

The screening speed will be enhanced simultaneously, but the screening quality will be significantly reduced, necessitating a second screening.

Bridge Slots Screens:

The screen openings of bridge-slot screen is placed in rows parallel to the screen axis. Slots are cut in the pipe wall similar to louvers (or in a flat sheet which then is rolled into a pipe). The size and width of the apertures formed are determined by the punch and die equipment’s limitations.

The bridge-slot screen pipe continues to perform effectively in various applications, including dewatering, water wells, water resources development, water rejection, and local soil environment enhancement.

Most bridge-slot screen is made of mild steel or stainless steel, and they are now available in bespoke lengths that are welded together and beveled, flanged, and threaded connections.
