Typically, the low energy user is a professional working full-time. This means that the individual spends most of their time out of the house, only using energy during the evenings or on the weekends. There are no dishwashers, tumble dryers, or other high-energy usage appliances in the home.

Medium User

A medium user usually resides in a property with three to four bedrooms. The medium user lives with three to four tenants and consumes 3100 kWh of electricity and 12500 kWh of gas every year.

There could also be a small family living in the home instead of three to four tenants. High-energy usage devices are constantly in use in the home since there are many people under one roof.

High User

The high user consumes about 18000 kWh of gas and 4600 kWh of electricity per year. Typically, the individual lives in a large flat share with a large family or more than four tenants.
